Yup twice

🤷🏽‍♀️ Well I guess all you can do is wait. Are you signed up on the uscis for notifications ? What does your current status say for your i485 and i765?

Hi everyone,

Today, 6 years ago, the beautiful woman that is now my wife and I started our relationship (as boyfriend and girlfriend).

I think someone at USCIS decided to give us a present because of that, because we received an email that our I-130 was approved today. ^^

Keep the good news coming guys!!!

I have a question. From what day should I start counting the 90 days down? Now or after the biometric appointment?

Stop counting go for a walk, take a hike, find some books to read, fill your time with other things. Word to the wise. Get some kind of countdown app and Don’t let these things drive you crazy.  And I say this all from a place of love. I wish someone had told me this In the beginning. Many sleepless nights from this journey

Thank you for your advise. :) But I will have no sleepless nights. I am very realistic and I know that it takes time. I just need to a marker in my calendar in order to know when I can send a request otherwise I will forget. For me it is worse to not have a next deadline like the past two months. I had to file 2 months later because of personal reasons and because my first package was rejected. I already wasted two months and I am still sleeping fine. :D

WOW!! Congrats!!! In no time indeed xD

Mark it down as October 4th, because USCIS has erased every trace of the '90 days to Inquire' for EAD's, it is now 5 months for everyone in AOS to inquire.

After QAF2A received the 'ready for interview' and told us that it is not something that checks every day, I decided to go down the same approach, because I indeed was checking it 2 or 3 times a day. I will continue with this more relaxed approached, and marked down the dates on my calendar as well, and have been trying to make the most of the time, and of this season when finally I can go outside with a tshirt instead of 3 layers of clothes xD

Also, your Biometrics appointment is probably going to be set around the 7th, with a margin of error of 4 business days. But the letter should arrive around a week from your NOA1 physical letters.

May has had a good start with a stream of good news. Keep them coming!
