Came to United State on a visit but in the process of time, just before my authorised stay was about to expire, I met a citizen. My authorise date to stay expired and later got marry with the citizen.

My question is in filing for I-485 and I-130 concurrently, do I need to file I-485 SUPPLEMENT as the immediate relative (spouse) of a US citizen?

No in fact you should wait till you are several months in before you do or send it. Ideally you would wait until you receive interview notification.

I personally filed everything together. I130 I 130a I485 medical and AP and of course the sponsorship 864
