Good day to everyone,

My USC spouse and I would very much love a short visit from my mother and aunt here in the U.S. We need a head start on how to do this. My parents are still working though both near retirement age. And my aunt is an accomplished engineer back in my country and currently working. We would like them to come over soon and I am not still an LPR (we just mailed off my AOS application last 26th of April).

Has anybody done close to what we plan to do?

Thank you for sharing your experience/expertise on this matter.

In no particular order:

Passport

Plane Ticket

Visitors Visa (B2) if they do not qualify for the Visa Waiver Programme. The local consulate web site will have details of the local procedure.

Travel Insurance - my personal problem as my Mother is old and has medical issues.
