Nearly half of the world would like to do the same thing. How do you plan to immigrate to the USA and find a good job? H1B won't be an option because it's very hard to get these days. You can try a Greencard lottery but it's a lottery. There's no quick and easy way to move to the USA to work and live.

Talk to your employer. Not all give options to transfer. Actually very few employers can transfer their people like that but you can ask. 

 

Your friend in the USA doesn't matter. 

 

Google diversity lottery and read about it before you start asking questions. 

 

Basically your chances to move to the USA are very tiny so if I were you I'd move to some country that allow you yo stay without visa. If you really want to move somewhere that badly. 

 

Also you really need to improve your English if you ever want to dream about living and functioning in English speaking country.
