On average a K1 fiance visa is taking about 10 months now. While a CR-1 married visa is taking 12-14 months right now.

You can only petition for one wife. 

 

The petition takes 6-9 months to be approved. That's just stage one of the process. The whole journey takes around 12-14 months.

In your other thread you only filed N-400 in November 2017. So you're not a citizen yet. If you file now, you will be filing as an LPR and it will take around 2 years.
