I thought you couldn’t pay for AOS with a credit card.

Paying for most forms via credit card is now supported via the G-1450.

I can't say I'm aware of the payment processes for this as it's brand new. That said, when paying via other methods, the recommended process was to include 1 payment for the I-130 packet and 1 payment for the I-485 packet.

I am trying to figure this one out myself...

I am K-1 visa applicant though... Do I need to file for the I-130 as well? Or just the I-485?

If just for I-485, I think I need to file one single I-1450 form. What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance for replies.

Hey! USCIS customer service told me to pay for I-485 and I-130 with two separate forms. What I forgot to ask is how to place those forms. Both of them on the top of the whole AOS package or each of them on the top of the application we are paying for?

Thanks!

I just submitted one G-1450 for my entire AOS package and put the form either on the very top or just behind the notification form. The transaction showed up 3 or 4 days after they received the package and everything was find :)

I just put one form for each application and places them on top of each application you are paying for if I remember correctly.

Hi! So is that a total of $1225 for the whole AOS package? And to confirm it again, you only submitted one G-1450, for the AOS, EAD, and AP right?

Thanks! 😇

No, I think I paid $1,760 (off the top of my head, please confirm this number), but yes, only one G-1450 for the entire thing. I did not file for AP though

The fees depend on what needs to be filed. For instance, somebody adjusting status from K-1 only needs to pay the fee on the I-485. Somebody adjusting from a B visa would have the I-485 fee + I-130 fee.

Theres no fee for the I-131 or I-765 when filed due to an I-485.

Hi! Thanks for the reply. I'm a K1. So I have to pay $1225 for AOS, EAD, AP? Am I right? I'll be paying thru credit card. I just want to make sure of the amount I put in to the G-1450 form.
