EAD/AP renewal

So after a year and four months waiting for news, I got an RFE. 😞
They want me to send them a new medical exam. I have to do this by August 18.
Please, any advice on this?? I have no idea what to do.
I'm in AUSTIN, TX. Anybody knows iof a good surgeon in Austin who speaks Spanish (my vaccine records are in Spanish) and it's not super expensive???

Did you get an interview or notice that you were ready to be scheduled for interview?  I didn’t see it on your timeline. You can google civil surgeon in the Austin area. I’m sure there are Spanish speaking ones available there. Not sure about the price.

I am preparing today my Renewal documents for EAD/AP Combo card. Expiration of my card is on Nov 27,2018. Question is do I need to fill out I-131  (Advance Parole form) too or just the I-765 form only? Shall I send it also to Chicago Lockbox? or here in Dallas? Also, In question Item 25 " Your current immigration status or category" Shall I answer K-1 Visa Holder still? Hope to hear answer from anyone so I can finish the form this week and send it. Thank you!

Hi, I filled out both forms because I wanted to still be able to leave the country with a new EAD/AP card. 

I filed at the Chicago lockbox since that is where I sent off the original application. For the current immigration status, I answered 'EAD/AP holder pending AOS', since that is your current status. There was no clear guidance on the exact wording but I felt that was sufficient

Question: Should I file AP renewal for my EAD/AP card, 6 months before expiry (USCIS recommendation for EAD renewal) or 4 months before expiry (USCIS recommendation for AP renewal). I have a combo card and thus asking.
