Affidavit of Support

Hello, very new to this process. Do I need to fill out an affidavit of support if I make above the poverty level? There is no sponsor needed.  Thank you!!!

Yes. Regardless of income, whether zero or $1,000,000 annually, you are the sponsor and must supply the appropriate I-134 form and all documentation with it. Tax transcripts/W2's, pay stubs, employer letter, banking statements(mostly if using assets), ect.

The I-134 and documentation is submitted at the interview stage, not with the initial I-129f petition.
