They did not reply me.its more than 7 days now. But our cases get update after 2 days. 3 of our 4 cases get update for the first time. Before that they were just updating 1 case after each month.

It depends.. Sometimes they do not reply and case does not get updated and other times they do not reply but case gets updated next day of my email enquiry. This time I sent them an email on 10th July and they didn't reply me.. Then on 20th July (after ten days of enquiry) I got their reply (same automatically generated reply) and then I checked my status... And it was updated too... Same happens with me.. It's been almost six months I am in Ap and now they stopped answering my inquiries nor I get any date change.. Should I keep on emailing?? After how many days?

That's a great sign for you for sure. You are 3 siblings? Your mother is with you in this case?

Email them after every one month.

All of your siblings are unmarried?? Yes I am the only daughter and my father is with me.. My two elder sisters are married Alhamdullilah

No... No congressman.. My mother asked her lawyer but he said he also cannot do anything in this matter... Nobody can speed up and expedite this processing. I am so frustrated now.. Living without mother is a disaster for sure. I miss her

hello everyone out there..i had my interview on 6 aug 2018 conslar approved my case he said your case looks fine nothing addtional document needed and kept my pasport..but my status shows AP uptil now ..i would like to mention that conslar asked to upload i864 joint sponsor for my daugther case as she has different case number as she has seprate case for her own..so we uploaded right away as our case is transfrd to embassies so it is frezzed from NVC so there is no option of ad joint sponsor coming only petioner option is coming so we uploaded under ADDTIONAL DOCUMENTS now but after few days we got an email that plz upload the doc in coreect format we already did but yesterday got email again to upload the docs so why is that so really confused 

 

plz somebody help me as iam freaking out with stress that why they holding my case when it is approved is it bcuz of my daughter as she is cross connected to me plz replyyyy ASAP

Don't worry ... This Administrative processing is normal. It is happening for a lot of people . we can't do anythimg... I have been waiting for a year since my interview. You need to have patience and wait for the time when embassy will contact you for further process. We can only pray. There is no way to go to USA if we are trapped in this processing unless it ends by its own.

They just sent a questionnaire form in email that had questions about social media handles n phone numbers and residential addresses of past 15 years. That's it. They demanded no additional document. Visa officer approved my visa at the time of interview and kept my passport as well which is still with them. Its been one year I got no news about my visa. Case is in Administrative processing. In the beginning, I also used to be so conscious and tensed just like you. But now I know I have to wait until I get my visa ..my visa category is v92 ...I-730 beneficiary. What's yours. Just be patient.

mine is cr1 spouse visa i got an email from the embasyy to upload the documents in EPD do u know what is EPD is or anyone kbow here plz reply me what does that mean they are asking to upload it for further process can anybody tell me here what they are actualy meaning
