I tried to PM @sandranj but get the error saying that she can't receive messages, so I'll have to ask here.

Sorry that I am writing about such personal thing, but I'd really appreciate help.

in my statement where I am describing all the abuse I was facing, I also mentioned that my husband never had sex with me since we got married (he didn't want to) so basically our marriage wasn't consummated. Can this be a reason for USCIS to deny my VAWA petition? I mean because our marriage can be annulled if it's not consummated, instead of divorce. So can they be like "your marriage wasn't valid, just annul it and go home"?

How long were you married?

Do not mention of not having sex. With him they will think your marriage was fraud.some isues are so sensitive

I have provideded a lot of evidence of bona fide marriage and abuse so hopefully it’ll be ok. My statement where I’m describing our relationship ended up being 20+ pages. SO now im overthinking if I should have mentioned this or that. It’s not mailed out yet so guess I can still edit.

You have a complex case. I don’t think that anyone here can tell you how your case will get affected. I mean if you are applying  for vawa but you have some domestic violence charges on you.Summary offenses are very minor so I think everything will be on the hands of the adjuster and the weight of your case. PM Sandra she can better answer your questions. I know is scary to have your life depending on vawa  approval but don’t lose hope. Think positive.

thanks :)
