I-360 Approved April 9 2018

I-485 Transferred to another office April 17 2018

 

How long to get interview date after case is transferred ?

As per my lawyer, she mailed my ead renewal 2 weeks ago and still hasn’t received any receipt letter. My EAD is expiring in a month. Is there a way to expedite even just the receipt paper so that I can get the extension?

Everytime I ask her about it, she is like pissed off that i bug her about it. What can I do :((

You have a complex case. I don’t think that anyone here can tell you how your case will get affected. I mean if you are applying  for vawa but you have some domestic violence charges on you.Summary offenses are very minor so I think everything will be on the hands of the adjuster and the weight of your case. PM Sandra she can better answer your questions. I know is scary to have your life depending on vawa  approval but don’t lose hope. Think positive.

This takes 4 weeks typically.

This depends on the local field office. YOu can look up your field office on the USCIS processing times page.
