I remembered you talk about AP and you filed on Dec 2017, USCIS still on 2nd touch oct nov dec 2016 cases to be approved.

Your case is on the 1st touch not yet for a final decision i think.

@Roms2017 yes I asked about AP that if there’s was any chance that my case would be faster. I have daca and I went to Mexico in may 2017 since my husband was going to petition me and at the end I dicide to go through vawa. Yes that’s what I know that they are on cases of December 2016 so I’m confused since there is more cases with the same timeline as me and they still haven’t recived any updates yet 🤔😩

oh well I just keep waiting and see if anything changes in a few months 🤷‍♀️🙄

January 26th 2017: RFE about good moral character.  They were asking for my criminal record from back home

February 17th 2017: biometrics

March 30th 2017: ead card was produced although the post office lost my work permit and it took me 1 month and a half to get it..

June 9th 2017: they received the response to my rfe. It took me a couple months to get the papers I needed so that's why I waited so long

June 16th: first prima facie received

2nd prima facie received in December 2017.

Ead renewal was accepted on March 5th 2018 and got the receipt on March 12th.

I-765 takes a little longer than usual right now. Count 4-5 months from the receipt date. You have to wait. They will send you the card, you don’t have to do anything after biometrics other than wait.

They are currently working on December 2017 I-765 receipt dates.

Thanks survive

Can I self-petition for VAWA with expired drivers license and passport data page? I don’t have any valid ID and 0.44cents in my account to pay for anything!! 😫😫

Yes  you can but it's advised to have a valid passport to attend the AOS interview.
