Can I self-petition for VAWA with expired drivers license and passport data page? I don’t have any valid ID and 0.44cents in my account to pay for anything!! 😫😫

sure you can do that, and it's not really that hard if you do it properly, I highly advise you to take Sandra help, she is the Bible of WAVA

You shoud see a psychologist.attend 5/7 therapy and if you have a diagnose of depression and/or PTSD then you can prove abuse

My vawa was finally approved today!!!. I filed I-360 and I-485 together on October 3rd 2016. Which one is my priority day? the date i filed or the date my vawa got approved? 

 

Also I was arrested because false accusations of my abuser and the case against me was dismissed. I have the court deposition. do I need anything else?

Hi All .

Can anyone suggest previously my daughter got by mistake EAD on my petition later she after turning 21 she became self petitioner but when i filed her EAD i didnt knew her category sent two forms under separate both categories of c 31 and c09 so like this she got ead on my petition I don’t know Sandra said by mistake she got it when her wad renewal time came then i filed for her i485 so after her fingerprinting done about a month now im got letter that her ead is denied as they asked for evidence of her ead petitioning category under c31 which i had already sent but due to two forms confusion IO sent the decision that they denied her ead but if i want to file motion to appeal i have 33 days now my quedtion is 

1) should i sent the new i 765 with the 797 noa of her i485 with her previous copy of ead

2) should i file motion to reopen which would be better

any suggestions are welcome...please its been getting difficult as when i filed Vawa in Oct 2016 i was not knowing about this gorum so no guidance... may god help me ... or uscis will not issue her ead now in future... help me please

Just have a question take sandranj or any of you  as I wait for my vawa adjudication , I have my daughter back home,, my question is after my I360 approved can I file for my daughter concurrently with my form i485 or I have to wait until I get my citizenship?
