Congrats! Miss Sandra is very wise, and has helped me too. She’s human and ever so often, her advice might not turn out to be what you want to hear. We appreciate her, and value her. She helps us for free. Your bad experience is yours, but we have our experiences with her too. You said you can get help from the forum, and not to listen too much to what people on here say - that is a very contradictory statement.

I am super excited for you. Your experience seems to be something someone can use for their case in the future. You triumphed! Welcome to the “Home Stretch Club”. God bless you, and I hope your interview is scheduled soon and goes well.

I'm pretty sure your message is to @JOEEE!  U quoted me instead  ;)

If you don;t have a police report then you should attend therapy 5/7 sessions and have a psychological evaluation done.

The affiants should put they name, date and place of birth, address,  if they are U.S cCitizen or GC holder, when and how they met you, . What do they know about your courtship,if they attended the wedding or not .If they met your husband and when, where, if the person visited your house, or had dinner out together with you and your husband etc...

I tried to get DV counseling which counts as therapy I guess? But they just put me on waitlist and never called back.

And I can't afford a therapist

Thanks a lot for your response. Should I include form i864w or i912 when filing the new AOS. And should I include the denied notice?

You don't need to inclide the denial notice. If you cannot afford to pay the fees then file form I-912.  Yes you must submit form I-912.

Look for a pro bono attorney or ask in this forum. $6200 is crazy!

He's ripping you off. When I met my lawyer at the time he was charging me 3000 dollars total which is already a certain amount of money. But he took my case as pro bono.

Lawyers are usually required to take a limited amount of pro bono case each year ( what I was told ) so in any case you should look for another one. This looks like a lot of money to me

DOES any one have their USCIS my case status page updated yet? Mine still isn't

Sometimes they don't update anything at all so don't sweat it. You may receive mail from them and they won't even update online cases
