Igot driving lisence using my international passport , but state differs the driving license igot is AB 60 is for illegal immigrants it look the same just like normal lisence .but when igot work authorisation ichanged to get the regular lisence a m in California .they do have lisence for un documented immigrants..

They give drivers licenses to undocumented immigrants in Chicago too. You can’t use it for identification like getting on a plane and entering a federal building but you definitely can drive anywhere in the US.

I went to the DMV office and they told me I have to have a prima Facie letter or an I360 approval for a drivers license. I don't know the cost or the other info that florecita is asking, but with the prima facie you can get a drivers license.

I used only EAD to apply ID or receipt for EAD application to renew ID for 6 months (including 2 documents indicated my resident address), nothing anymore.

Hello everyone! So I got my biometrics done on July 18 2018 for I-485, when approximately I will get the letter for the interview, any thoughts?

Look up I-485 and select your local office. Then count the months from your VAWA approval date.

I am in the same boat. My case was transferred to NBC May 31st. I would assume the most it would take at NBC would be 60 days. After that, I am sure it is at the local office but they seem to be bad about updating it online. We just have to wait until the interview notice comes one day :(

This processing effects on i485 petitioner filled along approved vawa (USC spouser)) or for only I485 filled after approved vawa (permanent resident), dear?

Thanks for your information in advance.

I  talked to some experienced immigration Psychologists and counselor. They typically have 2 or 3 appointments for total of 4 hours in the office with them. The total process of evaluation takes 3 to 4 weeks. I noticed that it is suggested in our forum that we need 5-6 sessions. I need some suggestions about this.

This is for when you file I-485 concurrently with I-360. Sandra has explained in the past that they will then use VAWA approval date or the date your I-485 gets transferred as the date to count from.

USCIS wants to see that you go to therapy because you suffered mental abuse and to get better and not only that you go to therapy for USCIS. The longer you are in therapy for yourself, the more it proves to USCIS that you actually suffered abuse and don’t just go to therapy to check it off your I-360 list.

Hello.

Can anyone that filed concurrently in 2018 post when they received their EAD? My employers are asking for an estimated start date and I calculated at least 90 days and I’m too scare to give any date after that cos’ I may lose these positions.

When didn’t USCIS receive your petition and what date did you receive it?

Thanns.
