when do I receive my EAD after filing for VAWA? I have job offers waiting. From my research, I can’t expedite the process until after 90 days. To recent filers, how long did you wait to receive a renewal EAD?

Uscis will not take into consideration anything that your husband told them.There is a USCIS memorandum instructing all officers not to consider anything that the abusive spouse inform them.

Considering that you filed for adjustment of status, usually Uscis takes 90days to issue the EAD.

If the counselor has experience with domestic violence then you will be fine.

We will mail your Green Card, employment authorization document (EAD), or combo card (EAD and advance parole) to the address you gave us. It may take up to 120 days to deliver your new card.

 

just received this email, guys i am confused i renew my EAD under cathegorie 09 like 3 months ago.

now they talking about sending me Green card or combo

If it is my Green card they send me without Interview then GOD has heard my prayer cuz couple months ago speak into my life here on this forum that i wish i have my green card without interview.

If that’s under your i360 your Vawa is approved and you will get a work permit c31 and then your approval letter will come

Can anybody share a sample/approved draft evaluation report for violence and trauma ? My counselor is not familiar with the immigration evaluation.

From other people experience here, it's EAD category c31 coming before your i-360 approval letter, congratulations are in order. When did you file?
