Is anyone's CASE STATUS PAGE or Email/Phone notification being updated at all?

I had my interview today and still no update at all from the last time it was updated about my documents being sent to

local office

Mine was never updated for 2 years. No updates at all. But it's funny that they sent me a survey - like what do you think about our website. :jest:

Hi friends,

what do you think, is it too necessary to take a lawyer to the interview? Can an attorney help you somehow? How you are going to go to the interview - by yourself or with a lawyer? Because for this lawyers ask extra and very big money.

If there are people who went through it - share your experience, please

Good Afternoon,

I have a question, my attorney file for vawa but they only send form i-360 and i'm married to a us citizen. As far as i know if you are married to a us citizen then you are able to send all the forms together at once. I asked my attorney that if its still possible for me to send the rest of the forms since i am eligible to send all of them but he told me that it was not possible and i want to ask you guys what should i do because i want to kiil time if not it will take forever and you guys know that right now its taking from 15 to 19 months to get vawa approved.

This is what he respond to me.

Dear Erika,
That's not possible. Once you get your VAWA approved, you will be able to apply for adjustment of status, not before.
Also, you are not adjusting through your husband, since he is the abuser and you are separated. You will adjust through VAWA once is approved.

This are the rest of the forms that i want to send if its still possible.

You can still send off the documents i485 and i765 if you want to work and be able to move around while waiting on my Vawa. The only downside is if your Vawa gets denied then you can be deported

If you need to, I say do it but your lawyer might not help especially if you can’t afford to pay them to do the rest of the forms. You can always do them yourself and ask for help on here if you get stuck on anything. Best of luck

Guys!  I just go an email, my Vawa was approved March 5th!

The case status has not been updated online at all, it took several inquiries and the notice hasn't arrived via mail either yet.  I'll post my timeline in just a bit.

Congrats

Hi guys, my I360 has been pending since March 30 2017 and I received the prima facie. I would like to send the I485 and I765 because I need to be able to drive and it seems that the I360 will be taking longer. Any advice about what should I do? Thanks in advance.

I was able to renew my DL with my Prima Facie. I'm in Florida. Every state has diferent requirements but just take all your documents to the dmv and ask if they say no ask to speak with a supervisor and ask them.
