Because u wrote ur birthdate incorrectly, USCIS has it documented on all of your immigration file that it is December 5th

She didnt. There are just countries that write date in different format like ddmmyyyy or mmddyyyy. Maybe the officer who reviewed it forgot or overlooked that thought. You need to write a letter and explain the date forma of the country where the police clearance came

All USCIS forms and instructions say mm/dd/yyyy.  OP says his birthdate is May 12th, December 5th.  He did a self check on a website.

I understand that. And they are comparing it to the police clearance from different country. The police clearance is the own format of the country where it is from that is why it is confusing. If im wrong with my understanding on his concern, i apologize..

What is happening is that the birth date USCIS received on the I-360 form and the birth date that was submitted through a US court search are not the same. Both are US documents.

@Pinkrlion is thinking that the petitioner may have filled in their I-360 wrong (dd/mm/yyyy instead of mm/dd/yyyy).

1. 18 June 2018 is only a few weeks ago. Of course you can use it. Make sure you have one for each state/country you have lived in since July 2015.

3. Your total of pictures should be higher than just one. One of the wedding is fine if you submit more pictures of you two together, especially with family members and friends. If you don’t have more pictures, you need to explain why in your affidavit.

4. Leave out the cheating part. Cheating happens to many people and is awful and hurtful but is not extreme cruelty. Leave that part out.

Being diagnosed with PTSD is grounds for VAWA but unless Sandra reads the psychological evaluation, nobody can say if it is good.

Nobody here can say if your case will get approved since we are not immigration lawyers (only Sandra is), so we cannot predict for anyone if they will get approved. The good thing is that they will send an RFE if they need more proof.

Thanks

If your PTSD is because of the cheating then  immigration will not consider this abuse.You need to prove mental abuse showing a pattern of isolation,degradation,humiliation, threat,control etc. Uscis doesn’t give a damn about cheating  and you will waste your time telling uscis about this.

Yep you can submit the police clearance.

@Sandra Thanks so much.

The evaluation list all what leads to my PTSD

1, After smoking Marijuana she always sexually abuse me while intoxicated

2, She don't allow me to speak my native language { Twi } whenever she is around me and if i do, she will grab my phones and destroy it

3, Call harassment anytime i went out or at work, always check my call log and text

4, Beating me in friends present { at birthday party and relaxation center}

5, Restricted from Family and freinds

6, Time control because she don't have driver licence

7, Threatening to call immigration whenever we  had argument

He wrote that all of the above leads to PTSD

***** The reason i wrote about cheating is that anytime i got to know about it, she turned it to violence,call me names and increase the abuse. A friend witnessed it and he wrote witness letter.

Has anyone experienced immigration coming to ask them question after a year of filing VAWA?

Two Immigration Officers came to my house yesterday though my brother told them I was not in the house just to be on the safe side. They left their card and asked that I call them. I called them today and the officer was like he wants to clarify some information with me and that he is willing to meet with me at any location of my chosen. I asked that we meet at my lawyers place. I am confused as to why they would want to meet me. Anyone experienced thesame?

Lets us know what going on and what they want?

1. Asking money for Drugs. eg, weed, coke and ice. My became heavily addicted to ice.

2. Broke my tooth with beer bottle

3. Damaged my car.

4. Threaten me to call cops for no reason.

5. Doesn't let me to talk to my family and friends.

6. Talk bad about my family and friends.

7. Wife's friends also threatened me because of not giving her money for drugs.

8. My wife threatens me with  a small knife often that she keeps with her all the time. So,  It's really difficult for me to stay in a same place.

9. tries to distract me by threatening when I get busy with my research work.

I have never reported that to cops to avoid the hassle. I have not collected any evidences. I even deleted most of the good pictures and erased lots of good conversation because of I became so upset with this.  I But now it has become really threatening after she hit my tooth with beer bottle. Now thinking about applying for VAWA.

Are these valid reasons to file for VAWA ? Can anybody tell me how can I proceed for this?
