@Sandra Thanks.
1, I have police Clearance dated June 18,2018 " Can i still use it " ?
2, Each affidavit is notarize with their Driver Licence/Id Card infront of the letter and swear that the facts are true and accurate.
3, I have only one picture on our wedding day { myself, my wife, my uncle, my mother in-law }
4, I wrote in my affidavit that her cheating  leads me emotionally tortured   and PSYCHOLOGIST Evaluation wrote that all her behavior caused me PTSD.
DO I HAVE GOOD CASE TO  GET VAWA APPROVE ?

If your PTSD is because of the cheating then  immigration will not consider this abuse.You need to prove mental abuse showing a pattern of isolation,degradation,humiliation, threat,control etc. Uscis doesn’t give a damn about cheating  and you will waste your time telling uscis about this.

Yep you can submit the police clearance.

Has anyone experienced immigration coming to ask them question after a year of filing VAWA?

Two Immigration Officers came to my house yesterday though my brother told them I was not in the house just to be on the safe side. They left their card and asked that I call them. I called them today and the officer was like he wants to clarify some information with me and that he is willing to meet with me at any location of my chosen. I asked that we meet at my lawyers place. I am confused as to why they would want to meet me. Anyone experienced thesame?

You can apply for FAFSA, Medicaid and in some states food stamps and other benefits. Make sure not to get cash assistance since that counts against you for your I-485.

I’ve never heard of that. You did the right thing by asking to meet at your lawyer’s place. Good luck to you and keep us posted.

Helloo Guys, Hope you are doing good. I need an urgent help to file for vawa case.

I applied for marriage based green card on March 2017. Then my case approved. And just got a letter saying that my application is on progress for interview. Now what's the process to turn that into i-360 under VAWA?

Prepare your vawa case and submit ASAP,attend the AOS  interview and ask for Uscis to put on hold the l485 until final adjudication ido your l360 case.Keep in mind  that your spouse can withdraw anytime the l824 and USCIS  will deny the adjustment of status, and if they deny file a new one along with form l360.

Thank you Sandranj for your prompt reply. So, I do not have my psychological evaluation evaluation and other evidences ready for the VAWA case. Can I do this things later after submitting the I-360 to the USCIS ?

I would not risk it. They just announced that they will start rejecting applications without giving an RFE first if they are incomplete as of September 11th.

Make sure to get all documents needed within the next few weeks and then submit a complete petition.

Thanks for the response iwillsurvive. But, How I will get the psychological evaluation ready by a week?  I can probably get my  other things ready by this time.

I did not say within a week. You need to attend 5-7 therapy sessions and then get a psychological evaluation. You can attend two sessions a week to speed it up if you want to. But USCIS likes to see a duration of time in therapy.
