The shelter is the best place for you to go to, like Miss Sandra said, the DV shelter cannot accept you if you are not in danger, but it doesn't hurt to go to homeless shelter as well. If your husband is still looking for you, that means you are in danger, then Domestic Violence shelter will take you. Good luck.

Is anyone's CASE STATUS PAGE or Email/Phone notification being updated at all?

I had my interview today and still no update at all from the last time it was updated about my documents being sent to 

local office

Finally received my EAD card today in the mail... 

Filed for renewal EAD on Nov 20, 2017..

Approved on March 23, 2018.

 

Still waiting on VAWA approval.. Dec 6, 2016 filer.

What's the process of the EAD like? Do they ask you to go get biometrics done before a card is made if you've never done biometrics?

I just received "Request For Evidence" on last week. And there are six questions on the letter, but only one question is marked with "x". My attorney told me that the only one that is marked with “x” on the Request for Evidence is the one we need to address. I just want to make sure he is right. Thank you for your answers.
