I remembered you said that your first rfe is about bonafide marriage and good moral, why they asked good moral again?

I was in egypt for a week 3 years right before i filled for VAWA so they need background check from egypt and they need more recent background check because the last one i sent didn't match my birth date somehow

If you called or inquired online they will send a letter stating that you have to write them a letter instead

You can look up Live scan locations. Most police stations do this so you can call and schedule an appointment. They will take your fingerprints electronically and within a few weeks you will get your criminal record/clearance from the state mailed to you. You don’t really need an FBI check unless the RFE specifically asked for it. Just make sure you send clearances from all states or countries you lived in within 3 years prior to filing Vawa.

so i just called the police around me and they dont do live scan or criminal history clearence and there is no FBI around me here. what should i do any advise? maybe get my record from court?

There are many live scan locations not just police stations. Just google your city and live scan. You should get a good list.

Every state should have a .gov website with a list of locations like this:

example for CA

https://oag.ca.gov/fingerprints/locations

You’re going to have to travel to the closest live scan location then. You have to submit police clearance for VAWA, so there is not really a way around that.
