Congratulations! All the best to you! My only advice is - get an updated medical report and take it with you to the interview. That will cut down on delays later.

If you're placed in removal proceedings then you cannot file for  i-485 with the i-360. You will have to wait till the i-360 is approved before you can file for 485. You will have to appear front of immigration judge and he only has the jurisdiction over your case. Hire a really good attorney who has experience in VAWA.

Thanks for your replying !

I don’t know if my kids and my names are placed on removal list yet . Could you please tell me how to check it ? Thanks so much   !

,they said only do two weeks forward mails . I will go to ask if they can do it a little bit more .

Do I have other way to have letter from immigration court ? I did sent ar-11 and called uscis to change it to my new address. But they did not update it yet . Now already denied all case .

Is there other way I can go to Immigration court to check my letter or what I can do ?

I real need good immigration attorney who is good at VAWA case and knows immigration laws as well.

   Any recommendations please !

You can always call your immigration court and speak with the court clerk. Just ask them if there is a immigration hearing set for. Just give them your A number and they should be able to help.

Thanks very much ! My immigration court ? Does that means the immigration court in my local right ? Wish I can find it out on the website ! Thanks so much !

Hi everyone! Good day!

i need help in my I-765 renewal please

i sent the renewal application and it came back.

I sent 2 photo ID

i-765 form

photo copy of my previous EAD

NoA of precious I-765

NOA of I-360 and I-485

i didn’t give a filing fee because on my understanding there is no filing fee for renewal? I filed for fee waiver (I-912) the first time I applied.

What am I missing?

They sent this letter back:

Check the forms that you submitted. You have to use the most current version of the form, when you go to the forms website download it directly from there. They have updated a lot of forms lately so if you use an old version they will return your application.
