Hi!! I Just got the same email with the same date well May 23rd, 2018. What does this mean? What was that last action they took about? I'm a May 2017 filler so I think its too soon to be any approval or RFE. What can it be? A few days ago I also received notification about a work permit I received January 2017. Their system is going crazy.

one mail on may 24 we have taken an action on your case i guess that was about receiving my rfe response and updating my status and I'm still waiting for my ead today marks 104 days applied for ead on feb 22 2018

Just saw you got the RFE on April. Im so confused about these notifications. What can they mean.  You are closer I think is a matter of days for you to get approved. Best of luck!!

on April 13 2018 i got rfe about moral character shared residence and good faith marriage i sent affidavits for shared residence because we were together for only 1 and half months and our son birth certificate for good faith marriage pictures and affidavits from family and background check from my country and USA they received my rfe on may 23 2018

Are there any chances that an i485 will be denied if your vawa is approved? Im just anxious for my upcoming interview..

I think at that point they are just checking for criminal issues, false claim to us citizenship, just red flags. They are not allowed to look into the vawa ahain, it's already decided. So you should be fine, just be calm. When is your interview?

Mine is on the 14th. But im sure it wont be an instant approval, coz i will only bring my updated medical on the day of inteview and for sure they’ll say, they will review it.
