As far as i know .. you can file a fee waiver application along with your i485 application ,, this link will answer all your questions

I am a lil concerned about your posts in this  website. Couple of days ago, you wrote that you were approved in 89 days and that your  lawyer has received your approval combo. Now you asking how to apply for I765 and I 485. A lot of people read post in this website and I am concerned about you posting fake or misleading information. I find hard to believe that you were approved in almost 3 months so be careful of what you post here. In regard to your question, just fill a I912 for both forms and fill out part 3 and explain that you are not able to pay the fees  because you are not working and you are going through hardship. Mention Vawa in your statement. It is only a small paragraph. When I applied for fee waiver, I didn’t submit any evidence to prove hardship and my fees were waiver. If you have checking/saving account, school tuition or medical bills etc just mail a copy along with your package.

I have replied to a post someone is asking for help !! That’s not me whom is asking how to apply for the EAD !!! Some one called @Valerie899 who was asking and i replied to her .. if you took time before you accuse me that iam posting missleading informations you should have figured out that iam just replying to someone iam not asking !! 

As regards to my approval just in 89 days !! I can send you my approval notice and the receipt date too !! 

Any ways i just wanted to help and amswer her question because we are in same boat !! 

I have attacked my case history for you to make sure that iam not posting fake informations ..! 

I hope you understand first before accusing people !!!

May 2016 retained an attorney and started to prepare my VAWA petition. 

11/08/2016 mailed my packet

11/28/2016 USCIS rejected my packet (expired forms) :(((  

11/29/2016 Mailed my packet again Via ExpressMail (I-360, I-485, I-864w, I-765, I-912, G-325A) with previous rejection notice on top & a request to expedite EAD

12/14/2016 Date on the NOA  

12/31/2016 Attorney emailed my Prima Facie (Notice date 12/19/2018)   (180 days)

01/14/2017 Mailed my husband’s birth certificate with the blue receipt that came with my Prima Facie

yesterday I got an interview notes.

my timeline:

11.10.2016 - i360 sent

03.02.2018- i360 approved

03.26.2018- i485, i765 sent

05.24.2018- i485 interview notice for 07.03.2018

06.01.2018- ead card was mailed to me

In two months after i360 approval I got interview notice.🙄

Hello all, i have a question.

 

I just moved to Colorado as of yesterday. During the trip i get a voicemail from my lawyers office telling me that they got a letter from uscis stating that i need to redo my fingerprints... A week from now! 

My problem is i will never go back to milwaukee especially not on such short notice when i just moved out of state.

My lawyer hasnt answered any of my messages yet so i was wondering what can i do in such short notice to fix this? Can i ask for another date to my new local office when i do the change of address?

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Hi. I never received a biometrics appointment. I turned up at my local office and they did it. I'd try that and make an info pass appointment.

You can do it in any of USCIS office if you have the notice with you. You can ask your lawyer to scan it to you, then you print it and use it.

I moved to Colorado from Tx back in January, had finger print notice from my Lawyers office a few days after i Moved here. I couldn't afford to default the appointment so I squeezed out time to go for it. However on getting there, due to the fact that i was late, I had to explain my situation to the immigration officer on ground. The officer enlightened me that in case of future purpose, all I needed to do was go the the fingerprinting center in Denver Colorado and explain my situation to them out there. He assured me they would have done it for me out there rather than wasting my money flying down to Texas. He added also that I might have to arrive at the venue very early, so that I wont have to struggle with their peak appointment period. I have not had a cause to do that though, but considering my source, I think you should give it a shot.
