I didn't file AOS though, my EAD is based on VAWA approval category c(31), so I don't think a local field office will be involved until I file my adjustment of status.

Ok am not sure thiugh but it' hard to want to work and cant

Processing times have been updated and it's a bit clearer the way they are posting them now. So they are saying VAWA is taking 15 to 19 months. Right now your case is outside normal processing time if you applied before Sept 2 2016 everyone else just has to wait for now.

Wow while this is more detailed, processing times are now way pushed back and longer. They are giving themselves a lot of leeway.

its there any cases from December 2017, do you have any updates of your cases? does any body has daca and did advance parole? was your cases faster? what was the timeline?

Just this week the first December 2016 cases were adjudicated. If you filed in December 2017 you still have a year of waiting to go.

Advance Parole processing times are the same for everyone that files at VSC. You can expedite AP if you have an emergency.

I understand but they process all cases in order of which they receive them. Unless you send a request to expedite, there is no reason for them to pull your application forward.
