Probably his parent told him about the vawa you file, and your husband withdraw his patition by saying that it was a shame marriage or fraud marriage that is why uscis taking long to decide on your case if it is a bonafide marriage you will win God stand by righteousness

USCIS does not take into consideration what ur ex partner tells them, in fact USCIS does not contact ur ex partner or allows them to contact USCIS once u filed VAWA. So be rest assured that ur approval or denial is solely based on ur input into the application.

Gm yall. My i360 was approved yesterday!!! I didn't know what to do with myself! I did  psychological evaluation after filing vawa December 2016 with the intention to send it if they had asked. No rfe, no prima facie. It took exactly 17 months.

everyone is getting rfes lately so don't be surprised it could be about moral character
