We filed on 22nd September. We got an RFE on March 22nd and sent back the evidence the next day, which they received on March 31st. And the approval came today 😊

Congrats! If you don't mind me asking what evidence did they request from you? Asking b/c a lot of RFEs seem to be going out lately.

Quick question,  our case has been sent to the Embassy in Manila and they emailed us today informing us they looked over the case and provided a list of documentsto to bring to the interview.   My question is do you still have to provide the affidavit of support if it was not asked for?

I wouldn’t go without it tbh, it can’t hurt to provide one either way! Especially since it doesn’t cost anything

I have finally received NOA2!

 

I-129F Sent                   2017-09-01

 

I-129F NOA1                 2017-09-06

 

I-129F RFE.                    2018-03-16  (RFE sent notification from Case Tracker app. Confirmed on old USCIS site. I had forgotten to check box 4.a. under Part 3 Criminal Information)

 

I-129F RFE Received    2018-03-26 (USCIS new site indicated received response to RFE. Old USCIS site indicated RFE sent )

 

I-129 F NOA 2                2018-04-11 (Received approval notification from Case Tracker app. Old USCIS site confirmed approval. New USCIS site still shows RFE response received)

 

It has been a voyage that I would not ever want to experience again. Wishing everyone the best in receiving approval.

Mine was for employment history (beneficiary) We wrote a letter of explanation that his employment history only dates back to 2016, as he was a student before that. Mailing it out today😁

My fiancé is the American and called twice today and tried to contact a Tier 2 but they did not  give him the chance. My fiancé was told that they are working on sep 1st which is not true. So, I don’t know. I did the the request for being out of time and nothing so far.
