I'm a German too (November filer). Did you go to the doc on the same day you had your interview? I heard that you don't get your approval right after the interview, as long as the medical report is missing.

Hi:jest:

I did the medical and scheduled the Interview two weeks later just to make sure that the Consulate got the results by then. After the Interview they told me right away that my Visa is approved. I heard it too, that you won't get your approval as long as the medical results are missing.

Yea i was actually thinking about going to the one in Munich ( it's just an hour away) but I am not sure if I'll get an appointment right away. How long did you have to wait at the doctors?

I was there early, at 7:30, and the whole procedure just took around an hour. But it was getting really busy there at the time I left, so I guess if you show up later it will last much longer. Has the Munich Doc a website? Or what if you call and ask how long you have to wait for an appointment...

ah okay so the doctor will send the results to the embassy? I think I read somewhere that sometimes get the results on that day and then you have to bring the sealed envelope to the embassy?! Is that possible?

Hello, I know someone here may be able to help me with this question. We received an RFE for evidence of divorce in Ukraine. My question is; is this the only thing that they need? Do they look through the whole petition and find all deficiencies at once or do they stop at that moment and when they receive our response continue only to maybe find another problem with another RFE? I hope its the former and everything else is sufficient except this one thing that we received the RFE on. If anyone has any knowledge of this please let me know. Thank you.

You read carefully what they want.hope you approve soon

Thank you! They were only asked for the final divorce papers. We are gathering up indisputable evidence for this. Hoping for the best for you! Good things are coming soon🙂

We have gotten a new justice department order and having this appostilled and notarized and translated. Along with another official document showing final divorce. Things are different in Ukraine in the matter of marriage and divorce where most do not happen in court. The RFEs are good and bad in a way. Good because you pretty much know that what they ask for is the only thing that is deficient in your petition and you get a chance to really beef that part up. USCIS is saying, you get us this one little thing and we are good. No Noid and no denial. The bad part is adding a little bit of time to the time we have already waited.

I saw Frankfurt is your Consulate. I had the same problem. Other Frankfurt filers just waited for four or five days and my package took so much longer. I started to worry if it was maybe lost in the mail and sent an email to the Consulate. They answered right away and extremely friendly that the package will be sent shortly. It was in the mail two days later....I would recommend to do the same just to be sure... They are really nice and friendly there and very helpful.

Thank you for the advice! I will contact the consulate! :-)

Hello Dear Berries...

First of all thank you for all your good wishes personally.

My extreme research in this area is because I have anxiety and in order to keep it down, I have researched and learnt everything possible.

That's why I am here answering questions. And that is why I do not like to leave people in anxious situations in this forum waiting for an answer.

However, long story short. I want to withdraw to stop this.

But I calm down after USCIS closing hours and logic comes back and fiance says one more day. (this is till 23:30 pm my time, till i see informed delivery)

Today's conclusion is to first wait till the end of April and then decide.

(that also means 26 more days of me having these attacks every morning...So I may change my mind tomorrow morning to withdraw again.. I don't really know. )

Today I decided one more important thing.

My wedding invitation will include 3 rules:

1) Kids invited  :)

2) Pets are not allowed in the park  :(

3) Anyone voted current administration during the last election is not invited.

4/3 Full day total : 59

🙋im the rfe for 9/11. I got the email from USCIS this morning at 6am, almost couldn't breathe logging in to check my status.  I can't lie, I was disappointed to see it wasn't an approval, but its *something*

Thank you for all the work you do on here.  You can save 1 invitation and stamp for your wedding though because I voted for Trump

Hi Guys - Know this has been said already but I am still confused as to my NOA1 date - I know really it makes little difference, but I just want to know what date I can look out for on the processing times page to see when I can call USCIS....(currently if your application is from before 6th Sept you can enquire.

So,

On the NEW Uscis site (with the login) it says SUBMITTED Sept 13
The old case tracker says the case was RECEIVED case on Sept 11
App says September 11 (but I am sure this has fluctuated between Sept 11/12)

Which one do I have to wait for to appear on the processing times page??

Also I have been reading this a while and its good to hear everyone's support!!
