September 2017 I-129F Filers, Part II

Hi all glad to see some good movement. I am also a September filer and have a question. I am going to need to do an embassy transfer as my fiances work visa in her current country ran out and her company didn't want to renew so she had to move back to her country of origin. How do I do this? In other news a good friend of mine applied in May and his fiance arrives tomorrow. I just thought someone might want to know that tidbit.

After approval and NVC, you will contact the embassy you want the file to go and ask them to ask for your case from the embassy that NVC sent.

For everyone who finds out via the app or via email, does the notification come in the morning, or is it just at ramdom? At least my informed delivery notification is around 7:30am each day.  The constant refreshing is driving me nuts!

From scanning times I can say there is almost no update till 12:30 pm cali time and most updates happen around 12:30-15:30pm. But it can happen after that too.

Congrats to all the couples who have been approved!  Received text notification today that an RFE is headed my way.     Can't wait to respond and get on with our lives.    Thanks to you all for the information, insights and positivity.

I guess your pc translated my post. I was so shocked to see all the Chinese words. My mama would be so proud if it was all true.

Haha I let my fiancé crazy recently. 

Because I was work in military 4 and half years that I don’t know it is affect my background or not...

just really worried. 

No one can’t let me clam down.

Yes. My fiancé called USCIS but they say need to wait for the website update’s date. 

Today I saw the USCIS show the date is 9/1 and I told my fiancé have to call USCIS tomorrow....

Everything so hard going on my life now.
