You’re welcome! I understand the feeling, stressing and overthinking and second guessing... thank you 🙏🏼 my receive date is a mountain day so although they have started touching it I might be waiting for awhile.. and I feel like the possibility of an rfe is probably likely because I see a lot for the proof of divorce... my fiancé is divorced and we sent the proof but who knows if they want more/different document. That doesn’t stop me from checking the website and my email every 10 minutes 😬 always hoping for that approval!!

I know about checking the website for a change every 10 minutes😁 To give you a little peace of mind about the divorce document, i think ours was questioned because her ex husband took her last name and kept it after the divorce. So they are still showing the same last name. This is fairly common in Ukraine. Also, Ukraine handles divorces out if a justice office not courthouse. So this causes confusion with USCIS too. Do you use the new USCIS website to check on your case status? Its where we got our notice as soon as it was done. The old website, apps, email, texts are still all silent and not showing the updated status. https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov

I use to think child birth was painful and exhausting until I met USCIS and now I know it was nothing! The anxiety you get daily and they compulsion to constantly check your phone is enough to drive a sane man crazy 😱

Everything is moving extremely fast for me and my  fiancé

NOA2 3/6/18

NVC received our paper work on 3/20 and we received emails today that NCV processed everything on their part, and they are transferring the case to my fiancé’s country. The email to my fiancé said:

“The U.S. Embassy in FRANKFURT, GER approved your request for expedited processing of your immigrant visa application. The National Visa Center sent your petition to this U.S. Embassy for their action. The Embassy will contact you soon to schedule a visa interview.”

We we didn’t apply for expedited processing, but we’ll take the blessing. Thank you God!

Today I decided one more important thing.

My wedding invitation will include 3 rules:

1) Kids invited  :)

2) Pets are not allowed in the park  :(

3) Anyone voted current administration during the last election is not invited.

@Naes, waiting another 26 days is something you CAN do ;) And if you change your mind tomorrow, you can change it back again the next day . And then, it WILL COME!

Hello Dear Berries...

First of all thank you for all your good wishes personally.

My extreme research in this area is because I have anxiety and in order to keep it down, I have researched and learnt everything possible.

That's why I am here answering questions. And that is why I do not like to leave people in anxious situations in this forum waiting for an answer.

However, long story short. I want to withdraw to stop this.

But I calm down after USCIS closing hours and logic comes back and fiance says one more day. (this is till 23:30 pm my time, till i see informed delivery)

Today's conclusion is to first wait till the end of April and then decide.

(that also means 26 more days of me having these attacks every morning...So I may change my mind tomorrow morning to withdraw again.. I don't really know. )

Today I decided one more important thing.

My wedding invitation will include 3 rules:

1) Kids invited  :)

2) Pets are not allowed in the park  :(

3) Anyone voted current administration during the last election is not invited.

4/3 Full day total : 59

Cause I realized I cannot believe blessing coming from someone who is indirectly responsible of this.

I will add a whole explanation with the invites why it is not acceptable and what they caused to people like us.

I mean we are in California so do not really have too many of those guests, but still I don't want to pay for their food and alcohol. nope.

So yayyy cheaper wedding!

ohhhh... you interested to join the 90 day Fiance TV series? lol

You can be our voice there!!... hahah we're actually discussing that in the October thread.

I hope yours will come real soon if not on the mail already. And hope to be joining with you in the same NVC thread too.
