We had a fairly easy RFE. I forgot to check mark the IMBRA box on our application, that's it  haha Hopefully it's an easy one and can be resolved soon!

Oh wow - is that all?  Since I have filed 2 times before (Which ended in divorces) and because I have a background Im thinking they want my fingerprints redone.  Thats ok, I have no reason to lie or hide anything.  I have clients that work for homeland security and I am not about to ruin my chances on anything.  My past is my past and it was lessons for me, now Im in a better position.  I just hope its something as simple as yours !

another reason is well early septembers waited long enough that things will move and late septembers are still in the scope. But my date has been touched good already, and the only update it got in the past two updates was rfe approvals... so include all those with my personal luck, I’m not expecting mine to be soon.

 

also I am an anxious and negative person to myself, which is something nobody seen so far cause I’m positive to others hehe 🙃 

When I met my fiancé, he was going through a divorce. A year later, it still wasn't done and it was incredibily frustrating because we knew we wanted to get married. His divorce got denied by a judge three times and trust me, I had absolutely no hope of us ever being together. I was so negative and incredibly jaded towards and tiny progress, in my head, "us" was never gonna happen. And here we are, playing another waiting game and it sucks and it's tiring and the only way how to keep the sanity is to take it one day at the time. Because IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN! It might not be right now, but come on! You guys made it this far, don't you dare to give up!

My man is very sure we will get ours this week. Myself, honestly, am already disheartened and have given up on hoping for it even. I’m not checking app or site as often as I was anymore.

Well we never know anymore--
It seems someone finally put the fire up some people's butts at USCIS so they might be cleaning house.
I mean October folks are coming in at 168 days???? RADICAL 
Seeing as how prior months were lucky at 185+!

Guys thank you for support but please don’t take me as whining as I don’t like doing that, really. I know there are people get stuck and I might as well be one.

 

but as I said I have high anxiety right now with everything going on in mylife and I’m trying to make my fiancé to withdraw the petition (please don’t talk about the logic behind this cause I am aware of illogicalness of the situation however I want to wake up without this whole process at least) so let’s just move on

Well I am an early September myself, 209 days. My date has been touched and over touched and here I am. I am one of those you have to wait a lot a loooot. Only God knows why it’s been delayed. But God, this is frustrating af.

I agree it is extremely frustrating yet it happens and can’t do much about it which makes it even more frustrating

Did they just disabled the USCIS Processing Time inquiry? I couldn’t even select Service Center from the drop down list. USCIS must have received bombardment of  calls and case inquiries when it hit September 5...LOL. 

 And then soon September 11.  

 

This is the time for earlier filers to drive the USCIS to the right direction and I’m tired of the USCIS driving us to the wrong direction but refused to make the U-turn around. 

 

Well, they will U-turn around soon.
