Unless the flight goes through another country’s custom I don’t think it is a problem.

I'm not sure. I've heard people say you can't travel to Hawaii and Alaska because of it. I don't know the ins and outs, just giving a heads up.

Thanks for the advice however I left out a key piece of info ... Hawaii is my final destination. That's where my fiance is from. I don't expect to come back to the mainland after the wedding... That's where we will be living 😊

I don’t think it’s coming actually.

statistically speaking I don’t think it will be seen anytime soon.

Noooooo why are you saying that :( Why are they making this process so hard :/ we just want to be with our loved ones ❤️😩 How did this whole thing take 3-4 months a few years ago ?!?

Well more than anything I’m an extremely unlucky person and has been whole my life :) so there’s that.

this week is the key for me personally.

another reason is well early septembers waited long enough that things will move and late septembers are still in the scope. But my date has been touched good already, and the only update it got in the past two updates was rfe approvals... so include all those with my personal luck, I’m not expecting mine to be soon.

also I am an anxious and negative person to myself, which is something nobody seen so far cause I’m positive to others hehe 🙃

So question

Now that I have an RFE Im wondering for what.  I keep hearing about background checks - what exactly is that?  Im thinking I may have to do a criminal background again because I had a case over 20 years ago (which actually was wiped off my record and there is no record of it because of a program I completed).  Whats the most common RFE's
