Girl, I check this thing every day for you! I swear. Praying for you! Definitely enjoy Disney :) can't wait to move down there again with the fiancé. I think we'll stay a year here before heading down. Don't wanna change jobs/address mid visa process. But I loved living in Florida! I'm over the fast paced NY life. I get more rude  and have less patience the older I get from this city  :jest:

Florida is amazing I totally love it. My fiancé would like to move to North Carolina in the future. 😬 I have never been there but I hope is as pretty as Florida

North Carolina has it's nice areas for sure. It's a good middle ground to for visiting FL and visiting NY! My cousins live in GA so I tried that but I wasn't a fan. Too slow for me. Florida had its moments when I felt like I just wanted Chinese food that wasn't from Panda Express 😆 I think home for anyone doing this process will be wherever the fiancé is. Literally can't wait to share my bed and steal the covers. It's all I wannttttttt. I'll live in an igloo if I had too. :D

That’s what I say to Josh. I tell him that wherever he goes I’ll go. Even if there’s  no a beach at all 🤧

that’s what I like of Florida, the beaches.

And Orlando, and Disney and and everything

Awww! You should be as long as you stay on a coast! I never go in the water in florda ! I'm terrified of sharks!! The first time I swam in ocean water after like 5 years was this summer in Morocco ! And I had to be dragged in by the fiancé! He said there's no sharks in that body of water and that sharks don't like Moroccans. I said well now they're gonna sense that an American is swimming near by and attack 😆 he's like really? 😆😂

Haha you are like me. I love beaches from the sand 😂 I don’t like sharks or Jellyfish. In my country there’s a water bug and I don’t know if I should call it like that but if you pee in the water they follow you and bite you or sting you. 😂 it’s terrible

if you hear someone complaining because something stung them you know why 😂

Helllo guys I have a question my RFE was to send my fiancée intent to marry he's from the Dominican Republic do I need an actual wet signature or the statement signed by him scanned and sent to me will work just fine ? Also if they only asked to send this missing document does that mean the rest of what was sent was valid for approval ?

No really it could be scanned, that work for me

Our case is approved!

1 x k-1 and 2 x k-2!

129 Sent 11 Sept, NOA-1 sent 15 September, new website says submitted 18 Sept.

Approved on new website, but not on App. Fiancé received notification from US postal services today that something is in the mail, but unfortunately no image! 😅 Hopefully its the hard copy.

This has been such a tough road. Good luck to those still waiting. Hang in there! It WILL come.....e v e n t u a l l y...

I’ve been another obsessive lurker on this forum - thanks to @Naes for all the updates and upbeat cheerleading, as well as everyone else. It was and is a lifesaver to know we  are not alone...

Now for NVC and the embassy, but I think we’re over the big hurdle

My fiancé doesn't speak English to respond to the RFE of intent to marry , should I have him sign the English letter and get that one notarized or write it in Spanish and get it translated to English and also get that notarized ?

write it in Spanish and get it translated to English and also get that notarized and send both copies one in Spanish notarized and signed and one in English
