Dear Sunshine berries!! I'm shaking right now while texting this... My fiance and I have been APPROVED. I'm September 28th received date and October 2nd NOA1. We got approved on day 180. Thank you all and particularly NAES. I wish for a speedy approval for everyone waiting!

Guys I’m having a panic attack. I received an email from USCIS about my approval and on case tracker it says approved as well. However when I logged in my account on the new website it says my case was received 😡 is this normal or should I be calling them?

I’m going back to my country in one week. I thought I could go back with my NOA2 and NVC number, because we thought they were working faster than the other months. Now, 202 days later I’m packing up and it’s crazy that we don’t have anything so far.

Congratulation to every single one of you that got the noa2 and are closer to be with your loved ones. You all deserve to be happy and excited for this journey that is about to end.

I hope we can get NOA2 on this week....

208 days here.

It's fine because I cried at my desk. My fiance was like.. "So are those happy tears." But like, I was legit crying as if my dog just died. he said I need to learn how to cry. :o hahaha but I was soooo emotional. It was a rough 6 months... granted i made 3 trips within those 6 months! Granted now, even though just 7 days in.. I call NVC once a night. YOU NEVER KNOW! :)

I hear ya!

I think when you write "one step closer" you actually mean "one step farther away" here, Amit. Remember we can't go on international trips for at least three months after marriage on this kind of visa?   Your "honeymoon" will be multiple weeks spent in a small apartment in Dallas where you will sit and wait for your fiancée to come home from work everyday.

Just kidding. Congratulations on your NOA2! :dancing::jest:

@LizM hey, thanks!!! And oh yeah I know that that’s all true. We are not planning on leaving country until a year after marriage since there are tons of expenses regarding visa status change, apartment, no work for three months. So yeah it’s still far away but one step closer ;-)

We got our NOA2 today!!! :o :):):):)

NOA 1 date: Sept 25, 2017

NOA 2 date: Mar 27, 2018

Can't believe it! Just refreshed the app and it showed we're approved! I checked earlier today and it wasn't updated yet.

Next step, the U.S. embassy in London! Anyone have any recommendations for the interview? I'm preparing an I-134.

Ours is still not updated on app or old website. Is that a problem @Naes??

Too true!  We met in Dubai a month ago and I didn't feel too bad about it since we won't be doing much travel for a while after marriage.  Call it a pre-honeymoon!
