My fiancé was able to book his medical this morning for the 24th of April. So it should be just about 2 months until we have our visa in hand. :)

Congrats to everyone who has gotten NOA2. This process is almost over!

Unfortunately I'm very far from NYC, on the other coast to be exact. But if I'll ever go, I'll definitely try it!

Hey, someone else on #teamNorCal!

Well - you're close to North Beach in San Francisco,  but they're sensitive about calling it Little Italy ;).  So if you go into SF and want Italian food/pizza, go there!

Otherwise I'm an East Coast girl living in Northern Cali and there are so many other foods that Cali is good at - Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, fresh local California cuisine, the list goes on...that I just wait until I go home to New Jersey to get my pizza and bagels :P.

Berries. but that really doesn’t matter as they will just continue from September to October while doing September.

@Naes arghhh. But that means if it’s October then they’ll take more time now since you mentioned they would first finish up September in first two weeks of New month. Would they start that this week or next week?

If you’re on the west coast, then spare yourself and don’t ever go to California pizza kitchen. That is not real pizza.

I LOVE how you wrote "Am I going to get approval with berries..." :jest: Made me laugh at work!

@h&y haha, well I’m glad you had your Monday laugh! I’m just  being positive and optimistic. I’m just ready for this to be done with. And having our application submitted at the end of month and beginning of new month is also scary cuz you don’t know if they would focus completely on it or just overlook it. 🤪🤪.... also, @h&y I’m also sorry for my last outburst or reaction to your post. My apologies, that is not me but I had my moment.

The McDonald's of Pizza... such a joke!

I find it weird that nyc has McDonalds right in the middle of Times Square. Who comes to NYC to eat McDonalds. Nyc has tons of local spots and such amazing food joints all over places but if you’re eating McDonald’s or subway or Burger King kinda things at nyc then something’s wrong 😜 ... Brooklyn, Chelsea, upper east, 8th ave, little Italy, soho, Hoboken and weehawken all these amazing places are thrrr to enjoy plenty of various food. Please visitors don’t ever go to franchise burger or sandwich shops in nyc. Pleaseeee! 🤪

In my personal case we had one paper with both our signatures. We got a straight approval, no RFE. I don't know if it might help. Here's our intent attached.

Great to see evidence that a single letter of intent signed by both the petitioner and beneficiary can work!   And the notary is an additional plus as well.   I assume the Notary witnessed the signing of your signature, but not that of the Beneficiary.   Out of curiosity, was the signature of the Beneficiary "wet" on the this document?

Oh, I didn't even pick up a tone! so that's kind of cool that it went over my head. People think I'm responding nasty sometimes too and it is what it is. I can't force my tone over the internet. A few things drive me crazy because sometimes I question common knowledge :jest: and @Naes and I almost got into a text war over wrong tones. B-);) So it's really ok. I just assume we are all starting to get impatient...

@h&y well that happened couple weeks ago. Where I asked a question and you made a comment and since all of us were impatient we all lashed at each other. So my bad! But you’re forgiven and thanks for forgiving too. And texting is badddd. My fiancé and I sometimes get into trouble cuz we can’t hear each other and get into little intense fellowship 😂... texting is not healthy for serious topics.

Hi! I'm so sorry to hear that. If you purchased a ticket, the airline should rebook her at no additional charge on the next available flight. She could also have her flight rerouted.
