I have an NOA one of September 15th and I was approved March 15th but I didn't realize it until I read a tip somewhere on here to create a new account at the USCIS website. Also I never check the mail because I am a dweeb but I just want to put it out there on the 54th page to stress to anyone else that's waiting create a new account for more accurate information. This has been the longest hardest process of my life so far and the sense of relief I feel is incredible. I'll be bringing my Portuguese Beauty home soon.

When I found out I was approved and I was on the phone telling my partner, I couldn't help getting so teary, because I've been waiting for so long to get through this whole process. It really is a great relief, and I really hope everyone here eventually gets through this whole process.

Helllo guys I have a question my RFE was to send my fiancée intent to marry he's from the Dominican Republic do I need an actual wet signature or the statement signed by him scanned and sent to me will work just fine ? Also if they only asked to send this missing document does that mean the rest of what was sent was valid for approval ?

Yes, you need an actual wet signature of him signed on the letter of intent to marry. That's the only document USCIS asked you to send to them. I'm not sure if you need to send the rest of the paperworks.

Thank you love!!❤️ Do you know if it has to be notarized since it's coming from the Dominican Republic so they can say they witness it was him who signed the intent ?

Sept. 1st received hard copy of RFE in the mail

Sept. 4th mailed response to RFE

Sept. 10th received txt that my response to RFE was received

Oct. 10th Received txt that we were approved (NOA2) 30days after RFE response

Oct. 13th received hard copy of NOA2

Oct. 31st case arrived at NVC

Nov 2nd received case number

Nov. 19th Case is "ready" to schedule an interview

Feb. 14th Interview (2019) APPROVED!!!!!!
