it is really nice to know vj members are getting updates! Also I'm really happy my march 14 estimateion for sept 15th was mostly accurate  hehe one tiny happy there! It was really a fruitful week! I'll be there soon!

Scanning now but as of Friday it was 21.

 

i believe the latest next week there will be 28.

 

however it does not mean all 28 will get it, so it is just about when they may touch it

not everyone gets at once. We will see 28, but I don't know if your case will be touched with the first bulk.

I got a notification about RFE yesterday, (NOA1 was 21 Sep). I don’t have a hard copy yet. 

So do you know how much it takes from RFE to NOA2??

I'm hoping they start touching the 25th this week. I'm so happy for everyone getting aporoved and I'm rooting for the rest of us. 

 

I do have a strange question though. Do you think the embassy would require a DNA test for our son? My fiances name is on the birth certificate. I absolutely dont mind doing one but am wondering since it can take awhile if we should just do one to cover all bases.... Anyone have experience with this?

its ok I'm doing it daily, I just don't have it yet.. cause I always post them later in the day or next morning. I think some newcomers just don't know that

I don't check all the comments on here anymore. Just praying I'll hear something soon. It's more being antsy than anything. I think the fact that they've hit September raised anxiety levels to a Xanax bar. 

I'm using case tracker personally (I am also extremely anxious at the moment)

 

luckily I don't have time to check vj these days. Happy to hear approvals but definitely not easy to watch a case status saying "case received" for 6 months...

We're using guesses to say whether they will reach certain date or not. Those scans cannot predict anything, they are generated of online case updates from USCIS and tell us the dates they are processing, making people do as close as possible guesses. It is really not known for sure if they will reach the 28th next week, if they do hopefully your case get touched or else, just try to be patient and wait.
