Yes it's ok :)

copies are good to have but not a requirement.

just gather new evidence especially as it will be shown as the proof of ongoing relationship. And add whatever pictures you want to (old and new)

letter of intent can be written (this time to the embassy) and signed with a recent date. :) Actually it's better that's it's new.

That's great to hear because I was flipping out. You're the best @Naes 😊😊😊

Thank you :)

@h&y

well today there really is no sept 6!

but believe me you'll be happy there isn't any this time! It is only rfe and NOID!

@Naes, would it be nice to put up the WAC Nos while posting the result of the scans. This might actually help at least for some that may not receive their mail early enough or not all.  There has been incidences in the past where some were denied because they did not answer  a RFE or NOID because they were not aware of the the RFE or NOID.Just a suggestion.

Thanks but of course I have checked that already, I see no guidance on fees and when I must pay them.

The fee for the interview is $265 and for the UK medical it’s 300 pounds so around 400-420 US :)

sometimes I think, now I do understand why some people who gave up during this whole process... I kinda know their feeling.

tho after 6 years relationship, this "F" process could really ruin everything...I feel just so anxious, ready to give up and it's beyond my control.

I'm actually not anxious in a way that I think of giving up of any sorts.. because as you said it is beyond anybody's control. And it will happen eventually, as I know we won't get denied without a reason...

So I'm good for now :D I gave myself time till 2 weeks after October starts to panic based on my calculations of 5 months, that's when I can officially panic.

Yup it's definitely not cheap. The most expensive part of this process for most people won't be the green card fee though. It will be unemployment for four or more months while awaiting work authorization.

Hi! I've been busy with work and haven't had a chance to post right away 😊 I have a question about working/waiting for work authorization... Are beneficiaries able to continue working for their current employer while awaiting work authorization in the US? I work remotely and have a feeling that once I'm ready to leave Canada, my company will ask me if I want to stay with them and continue to work remotely while I'm awaiting work authorization in the US. Obviously, if I'm not allowed I won't be working at all... instead I'll be enjoying a much needed vacation and searching for new employment opportunities. Any ideas?

I think;

They can see if security checks pending or if it came back to uscis. If they can't see any info it usually means it is not back yet.
