So, they do any cases without following the date of receiving or according to serial case number

I’m totally confused

Confused? join the club! if there is any organization in the USCIS then no one here can figure out what it is, one theory is that the people reviewing the cases work at different speeds, some are harder on cases than others........ but the bottom line is some people are lucky and others aren't,  there are some people still waiting from June and earlier for approval.

If you flip back through the posts in the September filers part I thread, there's some discussion on this that might help.  It's toward the end, I wish I had the exact location.  But trust me, we all wish there was a clear-cut process!

They go in a general order of dates (case numbers don't mean anything). However if a case didn't come from security checks or any other reason etc. it can't be processed so they continue to the next date while doing all dates before up to the date last touched.

so yes there is an order but no this order is not definite. A case can see approval the day they first touched a received date or a month later. A case can also get stuck for months.

Everycase is different.

Naes,

Would you please create a flow chart of 129f, after NOA1, how a petition is handled? Many of us are confused. Thanks.

The flow chart above is awesome. (Thanks for posting @Dave_and_Jessa)

but if youre asking king about how csc handles each case, that I can't do. Because I have theories from research not official information.

I wrote it a lot of times in detail if you go through September topics at least as it is not a big topic. But I won't create a chart or anything for this, sorry.

The only important thing: don't panic till they past your MONTH (not date) and 2 WEEKS passed.

Uscis renewed their website (degraded if you ask me) I believe that's why we are all receiving these updates.

Naes does a lot for us already, and she might not necessarily have the time to be creating charts for us. A chart has already been created and the link given above is a complete and accurate description of the process after NOA1. If you find any of it confusing, please feel free to ask us on here to clarify something and we’ll be happy to :)

I panic no matter what. It's really frustrating to see what's going with 9/6. I don't believe all 9/6 cases are stuck in security so I know the logic is that dates get passed because they don't come back from security checks but that logic doesn't make sense sometimes. I really just think random boxes are picked up and 9/6 is somewhere not being worked on. :/

They are actually touching 9/6 everyday.. I saw it yesterday and the day before that.

it just looks less to people when they are waiting for their case on that date.
