Ok found out why package was in transit. It came back to me for more postage. I really overthink things and assume the worse. This immigration thing has got me going mad !  Expected delivery is set for Monday.

Why do you need them to update the website?

 

you won’t be using the uscis website anymore as the case will be in NVC and then the embassy. Both will use a different number.

 

they don’t update most approvals so it is normal. You can try checking the new site as they sometimes update that one.

USCIS is changing systems recently so old site is the one that you can find the info with the case tracker. new site you need to login to get information.

 

Old website, same info as apps: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

New website need to log in: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov

On the old website my received case date is Jan 25

 

on the new website my case date is Jan 30

 

so which do I go by???

I just got my NOID and everything that they say I needed was in the original package! I’m so glad I ordered duplicates of everything so I can now resend everything all over again! Positive vibes needed!

I got my visa yesterday woooohooooo I went through the London embassy and got my visa 7 days after the interview (including the weekend) sooooo happy  I got no update online though or via email luckily I was in to collect it! Yipeeeee I fly out on June 9th!!!

Pls what original documents did u take with you for your interview? Or were they all copies from your fiancé?

Hi everyone  trying to put together documents before we get to NvC is it okay to get employment letter, i134 now or just wait till we get a case number from NVC? Secondly what originals documents do i send to my fiancé or can I just scan and email them to him? Thirdly I never made a copy of the actual for i129f form so will that affect us? Help me please. He has already has the original letter of intent which we both signed. Thank you.
