I have been there 4 times and I sent everything about my divorce. I travel a whole lot because I’m a travel blogger do you think that is a problem?

I did remember after we sent off the package my home flooded and when we were cleaning I found the intent to marry form. I couldn’t  remember if it were a copy or I forgot to put it in. Do you think that could be it?

Beyond nerve racking. I can’t even sleep because I’m too stressed. The notice itself is confusing because the way it’s worded.

Sorry to hear about what seems like a NOID. But like Naes said, it's possible to turn these things around, and we're here to help in the best way we can. Keep us updated :)

Thank you so much! I was freaking out so I called my godfather that is an attorney and he said the wording is that they intend to take an action if they don’t get something they need.

So I mailed out my 2nd RFE on Monday and now its "MIA/LOST"  The lady sounded foreign and told me "I truly understand its being sent to USCIS and its time sensative, believe me I will will find it for you"  I sure hope you do understand and that it was not just to rush me off the phone. Should have been delivered on Wednesday ! Really just want my approval
