What?! No fair! We need some of your prayers :jest:

But seriously congrats @DK AND MK ! So glad you’re approved, gives the rest of us hopes.

On another hilarioous note, when the fiancé called yesterday, he was told they’re almost reaching sept 5th now. So it’s almost our turn. They’re now on the 4th. The 4th!! Which was Labor Day!! lol. What a joke.

That's a bullshit lie. Tell them to check their website. It says October 6th

And we are all in the same boat. Let's hope for the best for each other and be happy for those who finally reach their end of this God forsaken process lol

Does anyone know what happens when your senator’s office contacts USCIS on your behalf? I sent in the release form today for them to do it. At 4+ weeks of waiting to hear back from RFE and just so tired of not taking any action.

i read someone else saying if you did an inquiry and got NOA2 in between they would call your case back from NVC to USCIS. is that true? Is it the same for your senator inquiring on your behalf?

That has happened.. but I think it's a good idea to inquire through the senator..I feel like that would make a slight difference..

Response to an rfe can take up to 60 days.

Hello All,

i spoke to a friend of mine that husband worked last year in Homeland Security before being promoted out of immigration side. He told me yes all K1 visas go to CSC but they are multiple offices that work at different speeds. Some work faster than others. This  is why one person can call about their case and they say they are still on September 5th when the website says October. One office will be on September 5th but another will be on another date. It seems mine may have went to the backedupped office so in my case my office is the one still stuck at the beginning of September. 😩 So frustrating! I thought I would share....
