Just curious when you run the scans does the receipt number show with the information? Thanks for the daily updates

Yes, the WAC number is shown on the scans. But due to privacy reasons and the fact that WAC numbers have nothing to do with any order of approvals we decided to take them out of the reports.

Seems to be about 2-4 weeks although some people have gotten a response in 7-14 days. I am awaiting the answer to my RFE as well. It was received last Thursday.

The official estimate right now is up to 60 days but very few people are and/or have waited that long for a NOA2 post RFE

Thank you so much.  Im waiting too.  Got notified that my package was accepted on the 25th and USPS lost my tracking card so Im trying to guesstimate things.  Wishing you the best !

November filer here. Have tried calling them?

What possible reason you think is the cause of this delay?

Our attorney called and he also tried to file online but they said the application was within their legal processing time ine

That sounds like BS

I think you should reach out to your local Congress person or state senator and do an inquiry on your behalf. You're definitely out of normal processing time. I am at 202 days and close to reaching my 7 month marker. I called my state senators office today and spoke to an immigration rep. Who sent me consent forms etc which will allow them to inquire on my behalf. I will also try to set up a meeting so I can get a personal letter written to uscis to pick up their slack.

My fiancé did another inquiry and only says that has been assigned to be answered. That was 2 days ago an no answer so far. And we are totally out of time with 238 days.

Problem with inquiries is they also typically take a little while to be responded to. I sent one for my case on March 21 and I got a response on April 2nd (after I got my NOA2 notice).. all hit and miss but I’ve got my fingers crossed for you for some news soon..

We did a Congressional inquiry in March and it said to give USCIS 30 days to respond.  It has been 30 days since then and no status yet. We did another Congressional inquiry and this time I received the letter from the Congress that if I do not hear within 30 days, the Congress  immigration representative will follow up again with the status... I don’t really know what’s going on at this point.

We kinda gave up thinking about it for now but my fiancé is with me here now  in the US trying to spend our time together and hopefully we get to celebrate if the approval comes in at any moment while he is here.

We hope that you’ll hear something soon!

I called today and they told me they are Officially On September 1st! I’m so over this situation! I’m so glad I’m a travel blogger and will be traveling for a month to get my mind off all of this in a few weeks! And I’m 237 days BTW 😩

Their "official website" says October 5th. How can anyone still be saying September 1?
