Thank you I just wish they would respond quicker to the query as we are past the normal processing time. We couldn’t even submit the request online we had to call them to do it.

I am so sorry about your situation. May I ask why do you think your noa2 is taking so long? You dont have any rfe either...it must be so tough.

Hi, how long after they received your rfe did it take them to approve your NOA2 if you don’t mind me asking ? We’re on day 14 after they received our rfe

I think you can even write it in a normal page. just don't forget to put the info of which question of which page etc and date and sign it. Don't be nervous. Just explain just like you just did here. put more specific details of dates and places. and put evidence on the visit when you met in person.

Hello Nae, pls last help. Do I hand write the question 54 (how we met) or type and print it out? I have both in hand I'm just not sure which will be preferable. Thank you.

I don’t mind at all! USCIS received our additional evidence on 4/19 and it was approved on 4/27 but we got the email update today, 4/30. I’ve been told the average time to hear back is around 2 weeks. Idk if it makes a difference what they requested in regards to how quickly you receive the approval though.

i hope you hear something very soon though!

We sent our evidence back 4/16, today marks day 14 but every case is different. Hopefully we hear something soon. Our lawyer forgot to check two yes or no questions on the application and I had to answer the two questions sign and date.

I’m sure you’ll hear something very soon if you’re at the two week mark now. Keep us posted though! Our RFE was a letter of intent to marry from the beneficiary although we both submitted a letter with our application. Our lawyer had the RFE letter be wet signature/notarized and we also provided a letter of intent to marry us from the surrogate at the courthouse we will be going to once my fiancé arrives in the states.
