I find it extremely rude when someone add “but then again you have your approval...” when I am actually giving hours to gather information and put out here everyday.

Which is apparently what I’m doing wrong. Probably I should have been gone right after I got my approval.

i do understand the emotions. But my question is solid, and it’s been solid even before I got my approval, shoul I lie? If you want lies instead of information, please let me know.

No one is doubting your effort and everyone here appreciate your effort.

However, a little compassion goes a long way.

Your way of saying “what do you want me to say, fact is fact.” is like a doctor telling a wife after a failed operation “your husband is dead, fact is fact. I tried my best in there.”

You mean rfe answers?

Not really. Just trying to keep track of each other. I think @zamardii12 is also waiting still. And there are people in october waiting if you want to check theirs as their date maybe closer to you.

currently looks like 1-3 weeks after they receive it. Please don’t forget to send it with a tracking number. Some people resent it because it didn’t reach before.

Guys do you like think I’m not frustrated seeing people waiting here? I’m watching for months from every month.

I replied to someone from january when they said theyre here because theyre doing september. Apparently they’re not doing September. I am writing those posts so someone reads them and we don’t have to do this painful conversation.

if this noa2 is equals to your husband is dead.. then I have nothing to say. But still the question stays: what else I can say when fact is literally out here.

do you think this is the first time we don’t like the situation? Or someone doesn’t feel happy with the reality?

Im putting weekly numbers from every possible place so you can see yourself that they are still doing September in many ways. Not to make people feel bad.

but I’m not a psychologist or someone’s mother to change my reply because someone is heartbroken? Like what can I do with that but feel even more pressure? Is this my fault???

@Naes, you are the kindest person ever. You don't need to explain your words because eventhough people are desperate waiting for approval they don't have the right to pay it with you. You are doing soooooooooooo much for everyone in this forum ...it's incredible. I suggets you focus on the thankful messages and don't waste your energy in rude comments, which btw I don't get...but that's how it is, ying and yang, there's gotta be a lil bit of everything in everything. WE LOVE YOUUUUUUUUUUU

Thank you. But I can be harsh and especially sound harsh here, writing facts here can really be harsh. Having nothing on hand as the person who has the facts is also harsh even for me. I don’t enjoy it. I don’t like looking at my friends even in june and saying I’m waiting for my case number while they’re still waiting. I don’t like having to do the scans not because they take my time but because it means someone is waiting here.

im not happy with the situation either. It frustrates me, extremely. And belittling my frustration because I got my approval also frustrates me as I’ve been here trying to help before and after that too.

what I wrote is nothing special just because I got my approval. I write the same before that in any other place.

but what can I do... it is what it is.

And also i admire people people who can still hold on. I’m not going to lie, I would have changed our plans and withdraw mine already. People are strong I accept that much.

When I was calling and talked to one of the tier 2 people because I was a few days beyond the "normal processing time" the guy said the processing time can run 8-14 months. The old website shows 5-7 months the new one shows 5.5-8 months.

There is no way to tell how long it will take or how they process cases. Yes this is a broken overloaded system and the website update is not helping. There are some people from June still waiting.  Naes does a ton of work on here for people, Thank you for your hard work.

What do you mean by they are not focusing on September? That’s heartbreaking to me. I know this is the month for October but still. Today is my day 229 and there’s not movement in September 6th whatsoever. I see some September getting approved but not specific sept 6th

Praying for you, hang in there Jacky!

If they didn’t put any space for it, you can explain just like you are adding “additional info” don’t forget to sign and date it tho.

Travel info: You can add it if you want. I don’t really think they will read too much into it. And you will use the same evidence at interview either way.

Hi Nae thank you for helping a sister out I am very grateful. So since they didn't put a space for me to write on, so do I print out the page that has the question? or do I print out the extra additional information page of the form i129f? Also I'm not sure how to explain how I met my fiance because, we have known each other since growing up back in Africa, we grew up in the same neighborhood but we never dated until 2016 thats when we started talking and eventually started dating and got engaged in 2017 when I visited Thailand. Please help. I'm so nervous and I don't want to make any mistakes since it's my last chance. Thanks you.

I think you can even write it in a normal page. just don't forget to put the info of which question of which page etc and date and sign it. Don't be nervous. Just explain just like you just did here. put more specific details of dates and places. and put evidence on the visit when you met in person.

Thank you very much. I will do just that. I just got back from Thailand today, so I'm trying to send off the Rfe as soon as possible. Thank you.

This seems like a pretty rude post. But I guess you already have your approval...

@jackyjimenezhang in there. I keep checking for you on here for you. I wish I had all the answers in the world to give you. I've even tried my own trial and error to find answers 🙁

You don;t pay @Naes to answer, she selflessly helps us all with her limited knowledge and does so to almost anyone here. Ignore her answers if you find them "rude"
