Hope everyone is pushing through, NOA2 or not!

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this:

My fiance's home state is Illinois and that is where we will live and file for AOS etc.

If we choose to get married in another state, would that affect anything? The marriage would obviously be recorded in the other state but does this do anything when it comes to applying for AOS in Illinois?

as long as your permanent address stays the same I don't think it will matter, me and my fiancé are getting married in Maryland and that's where the wedding will be registered but we both will be living in afterwards Connecticut.

OK thanks for helping! I assume if I change my home address during the process I can update it? Surely some people move houses during the waiting period?

I changed my home address and updated it on the DS 160 for my fiance and the I-134. I was advised that's the reason for the DS 160. not to compare with previous documents but they know you've waited so long for the next step and just want updated information.

But what about once I am in the States with my AOS filed and then I move? I can just update them with my new address i guess....

Great news. So it took about 12 days to get the turnaround from RFE Reply to NOA2 Approval. That's not bad. I just got word 2 days ago that a RFE was sent out. Hoping it can be fixed ASAP and get our approval. If you don't mind me asking, what sort of additional evidence did they want?

They asked more evidence of our meetings-photos, tickets and hotel bookings.
