Yes and they said where my application is they are only on September 1st so I have to wait 7 more days until I’m able. I told them the website says the 19 but she said the computer wouldn’t allow her to do it because that office was only on September 1st. Are there different offices in CSC? I’m so confused 🤷🏽‍♀️

Not sure you were given right info. I mean, I am on day 204 and I was told I could call and submit an inquiry on Monday which will then be outside normal processing times which will put me at Day 210 when I can call. You are on day 222 so you are definitely outside normal processing times. Also, you shouldn't let them go by what day they are working on. It is by the 7 month count that matters. If you look on the Processing Times website for the CSC then it says today that the "Case Inquiry Date is September 17th," which means that you have been able to submit a inquiry for 16 days now.  All I did was call their 1800 number and talk to someone. I didn't call the California office directly. The number is 1-800-375-5283 if you want to try. You are past the 7 months and they should be able to start an inquiry for you.

I got a question.. 

we have RFE on 19 March and answered as soon as we received the mail. But there is no any status update (even that they received our answer) neither in app nor on the web site. Is it ok??  Almost 3 weeks passed..

We received our rfe 4/6 in the mail, sent it back 4/10, and they updated the app and sent an email notifying us about the update that they received the rfe answer.

Did you check new website too?

 

do you have a tracking number for your package to check if it reached? Sometimes it gets lost and you may have to resend it.

Checked the new one too, there is also no update. 

And the package has been delivered.

Ok so if it has been delivered you will get something soon about it . Because there are even cases that turns approval before it changes to rfe received.

Naes, I appreciate you doing this. I wanted to ask a question. On my NOA1 it says it was received September 25th, but the new website says the 27th. When I called USCIS and asked for an inquiry the woman said it was received the 25th so I am assuming the 25th if the right date? 

 

If that's the case, then how exactly do I read this table for the 25th? 137 total cases received on that day. 116 have been approved out of which 83 of those are RFE? I am just curious how this adds up. Is the Received (137) for the 25th the total how many they have left to look at that haven't been touched?

I know I'm no @Naes (she's amazing at this stuff) but I do believe that on the 25th (in your case) it would mean: 336 petitions were received on the 25th (that's approved, RFE and received in the chart combined), 116 of them have been approved so far, 83 got an RFE so far and 137 are untouched (or are still on "received") so far. Please correct me if I'm wrong people :)

NOA1 received date: 09/05/2017 (6 days)

NOA2 notice date: 03/24/2018 (200 days)

NVC received: 04/19/2018 (26 days)

NVC case number: 04/26/2018 (7 days)

I-129F left NVC: 04/27/2018 (1 day)

Embassy received: 05/02/2018 (5 days)

Packet 3 received: 05/09/2018 (7 days)

Medical 1&2: 05/17/2018 (8 days) & 05/19/2018 (2 days)

Interview: 05/24/2018 (5 days) 

VOH: 05/30/2018 (6 days)

POE: 06/07/2018 (8 days) ( 281 days from I-129F sent) (L)
