This forum has become rather quiet.......I think so many berries have already gotten their NOA2.

Happy weekend to all of us who are waiting for NOA2....another week is gone and I can't wait for the next to begin.

Please I help a sister out. We got an rfe because  we missed two questions. Do I print out just the pages which has the questions or do I need to print out the whole form i129f? Thank you guys.

Did they send you the whole form? They usually send only those two questions printed out to answer. I believe only those two is enough but as I don’t know what is exactly written I cant confirm.

@mbfrings congrats :)

Stress makes people stay silent (also I think it’s really late at night in US)

I’ll be posting daily stats soon. Hope they can wrap berries good soon...

@mbfrings congrats :)

I am currently visiting my fiance in Thailand so I'm not sure what they really sent. My sister just sent me a scan of what uscis sent .which is question 54 and 55. It has space for question 55 but question 54 which is how I met my fiance, they didn't put any space for me to write on. I also missed the letter of intent but we already it so we would both sign it. I was also wondering if I have to add my flight itinerary to show that I was visiting? Bc we both signed the letter of intent today the 14th that way they don't wonder how we both sign the same day? Thanks Nae

Hey guys in the check list for the interview here in Costa Rica asks for DS-260 form. But a lot of you say DS-160. I’m very confused

Ds-160 is a non-immigrant visa form. K1 is non-immigrant. Ds-260 is for immigrant case. If there is something specific from your embassy be sure it is correct and not mixed with spouse visa.

If they didn’t put any space for it, you can explain just like you are adding “additional info” don’t forget to sign and date it tho.

Travel info: You can add it if you want. I don’t really think they will read too much into it. And you will use the same evidence at interview either way.
