Hi shell, hi everybody, am a september 2017 filer. I can't file N400 til september 2018. But i got an email saying recent action was taking on my account, when i logged in also like mad rabbit only egov site shows case transfered  exactly like above. Seems to be done in mass. But my case was at local office unless they sent it back to csc

my update was with I-751 WAC#. The CRI-89 WAC# is still silent since I applied last year. 

Did you get any update on your n400? I remember you were waiting for news on April 26? Right?

i am one of the seemingly many people getting this notification today:

 On May 1, 2018, your Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE, Receipt Number WACXXXX, was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by May 31, 2018, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice.

I am a CSC filer with a combo petition. I hope this is for real and something is actually happening.

On February 24 of this year I filed N-400. Did my fingerprints on March 19.

I just checked 300 cases on the app in front of me and one was approved today!!! For some reason I can’t upload screenshot. VJ is saying it’s too big

But I was kind of late with n400. I did it March 14, 2018. And 3 year anniversary was on April 9th,2018

Let's hope that's the case. My 3rd year anniversary will be May 22. Until yesterday my case was at the local office but now I have no idea where they are transferring it to.

I checked AVVO. The majority of the immigration Attorney agree that cases transferred ""At local office" will certainly scheduled for interviews.

Some also said It simply means that USCIS needs to manage its workload.

Not yet, but it should be a letter this week, derwood received theirs a week or so after 3 rd anniversary and my field office processing crimes aren't last long, only 5 months to completion their estimation. We shall see, USCIS being efficient, it boggles the mind. It was meant to read times but quite an apt name with the length of time they take

A few have, I am not stressing, its not ROC and having no status to show, they deserve the interviews first.   Too busy to stress, packing as we speak and will be doing the same next week. Not even painted my toenails yet. lol

Thanks for doing that. I would, but when I tried to add my ROC months ago there was no link.  I think there most definitely should be a column for ROC filers and then ROC/N400 filers as unfortunately with the appalling processing times it has started to be the new "norm".  Shame on you USCIS, seriously need to sort out these long waiting times.  Like my mum use to say don't moan about big tax bills as you must be earning to pay it.  How about a few more field offices, helps with keeping jobs in America, stops the long waiting times, takes the stress off the staff in the centres, on the phone lines and in the field offices. Problem solved. I should run for President, oh I can't, I wasn't born here.  Ah well.  LMAO!
