Hello everyone

i am I751 Jan 2017 filer

I always check the threads and never wrote any comment cause whenever I have a question, I find the answers posted in differnt threads

to be honest I am so frustrated cause it has been so long process

my status is Case was transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

my case was transferred to Texas office

I was CSC filer

I wish luck to everyone

i have a question

my husband works overseas and he doesn’t live here cause of his work

can I file for my N400 or we should have been living physically together

the reason I didn’t go with him is because I couldn’t leave my two kids here alone

Am I eligible to file N400 even if my husband and I don’t reside in the same country? I am thinking of making an appointment and go to my local office and ask this question

whenever I call USCIC phone number and ask them , they advise me to visit my local office and they tell me they are not authorized to answer any question that is not in N400 application

If you look at the last couple of pages you will see that someone who filed at CSC was transferred to Texas and has been approved. Some cases are being transferred to either Texas and some to Nebraska and I think we will see several CSC former filers who cases were moved being approved shortly. I am not sure about whether you are eligible for N400 with your circumstances, however you have been resident in the USA and Im sure its about your continuous residency and not his. I take it he is an American citizen.  They have a list of requirements on the USCIS website that is pretty informative regarding the criteria they require for N400.  Good luck. :)

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

USPS tells me I'm getting these in the mail today. I debated taking the day off and just waiting by my mailbox. Anyone know what it could be? I'm concerned that the letter is dated April 12. I did not file for N400 (not eligible).

Apparently, someone else's USCIS letter is also arriving in my mailbox.

That's interesting. It's either a glitch or two letters got stuck together in transit. Postal worker here I've seen it all.

The second one to me looks like it has a crown or something going on. Its probably one letter from the field office and one from the service centre but it looks promising. Oh the wait.

Please don't tease me.

I also bought a house today, so that's going to be an exciting time regardless.

Im not teasing you but I see a crown of some description I am sure. Although, the approval is normally easier to see, yours is a bit distorted, perhaps you can zoom in on it. What I imagine is that its either an approval or a transfer to your local office with receiving two letters. Just not sure but its definitely movement.
